"The apartment was located on the main street near the beach, old town, shops and restaurants. Short 15 minute walk to the train station. The host was really kind and helpful with everything. Would recommend!"

"We had a very good stay overall. Communication with Pascal was excellent, clear, prompt, and very helpful. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the apartment itself is clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Everything is within easy reach: major city attractions, the beach, shops, and public transport are all just a short walk away. As a small suggestion, it would be helpful to have an additional key for the apartment, as well as a few extra pillows for added comfort."

"There is a children’s carousel right below the apartment. Because of the music and noise, it can be difficult to sleep past 8:30 AM. However, after 8 PM and during the night, the area is completely peaceful."

"Super emplacement pour un séjour dans une très agréable et charmante ville au soleil du Midi. Tout est accessible à pied, le marché couvert à quelques pas pour y découvrir les spécialités régionales (la tourte aux blettes, la fougasse mentonnaise),les croissants au bas de la résidence pour un petit-déjeuner avec vue sur la mer. On peut tout visiter à pied ainsi que se rendre à la gare pour aller à Monaco, Nice ,Cannes ou Vintimille (pour son célèbre marché du vendredi) L'appartement est très bien équipé. Et un hôte très sympa qui nous a donné de bonnes adresses pour profiter de la gastronomie locale,et qui répond rapidement à nos questions. Merci Pascal"

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Appartement très propre et idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour tout faire à pied. Cela a beaucoup compté dans la qualité de nos vacances et cela a rendu le séjour très agréable. Le propriétaire est réactif et très sérieux. Le logement correspond bien à la description. "Ottima posizione. L'appartamento è accogliente, affaccia su una strada pedonale ed è molto silenzioso (noi però ci siamo stati in inverno, non so se in estate è la stessa cosa). Il bagno è abbastanza grande e comodo. Parcheggio pubblico (un po' caro) nelle immediate vicinanze"

"Le due pompe di calore previste per il condizionamento non sono molto efficaci per il riscaldamento e sono piuttosto rumorose (di notte bisogna spegnerle); usandole per il riscaldamento inoltre è necessario svuotare frequentemente le vaschette per la raccolta dell'acqua (quando vanno in blocco)"

"Большой удачей было зайти в тот момент на сайт,когда появилось данное предложение. Полагаю,что такие варианты очень быстро бронируются. Большая светлая квартира с прекрасным дизайном,идеальной чистотой,оборудованная всем необходимым. Отдельно отмечу вид из окна - это площадь с невероятными глициниями (удивлена была ,что период цветения продлился до октября) ,каруселью и морем. Хорошая шумоизоляция ,звуки улицы были совершенно не слышны. Да и на площади после 20.00 тихо. Для кого важно - есть кондиционеры в каждой комнате, кровать и подушки удобные для сна. Квартира в самом центре, рядом с морем,кафе на любой вкус и недалеко от вокзала . И ещё один важный момент - гостеприимство и отзывчивость хозяина квартиры ,Pascal был всегда на связи ,отвечал в течение 5-10 минут . Накануне прислал подробную инструкцию о заселении ,никаких трудностей не возникло. В общем ,квартира настолько прекрасна , что был соблазн ее не покидать:)"
