"Das Appartement ist optimal für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Ausstattung ist prima; es ist alles vorhanden zum selber kochen. Die Sonnen-Terrasse ist traumhaft; man kann von dort sogar ein bisschen das Meer sehen! Auf der anderen Seite ist die Klimaanlage ein Segen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, gibt auch gerne Tipps für Aktivitäten oder gute Restaurants. Es sind nur fünf Minuten bis zum Strand."

"Good studio Apartment located beside the beach. Has all the facilities needed and a comfy bed. Housed in a beautiful old building in a safe area with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Easy to check in and out and great communication with the host"

"W know Soulac sur mer well but this is the first time that we had stayed in the centre of the town. The apartment was ideally situated just seconds from the beach (although the Easter weather precluded any swimming!). The apartment is beautifully fitted out with a large living room. At a time of variable weather the washing machine and tumble dryer were a real boon. The kitchen is well set out with the large table as shown in the photos ideal for our party. Although we did not meet Alex and Aurelie, correspondence with them was efficient and prompt. This was important as circumstances meant that we had to change arrangements near the start of our stay and they were helpful and flexible to accommodate our wishes. We had a great week and would have no hesitation in booking this property again."
