"Had a great stay at Maison 1643. The house is lovely - great character mixed with modern, stylish decor. The hosts were fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. They are clearly passionate about what they do and this shows with all the lovely homemade juice, yoghurt, granola etc at breakfast. Would thoroughly recommend having dinner at the hotel as well it was excellent and great value."

"The hosts Veronique and Fred are amazing at what they do. They created a peace haven by renovating an old house from 1643. It is authentic, functional, sustainable with bio products and fresh comfortable linen and really comfortable. You enter a courtyard very authentic and peaceful, you are warmly welcomed by two caring and genuinely passionated hosts. The rooms are spacious and bright, high ceiling. The breakfast is made with fresh made yoghurts, jams. The hospitality takes it to another level as you interact with Veronique and Fred who eagerly share their passion for cuisine, the garden, the region. They are available and yet you feel left alone to wander into the property, it’s garden, the pool. They also do diners. The diner is home made, using ingredients that they sometimes do themselves from the olive oil to the lemoncello. A fantastic experience that goes beyond hotel. My wife and I left enchanted by our stay."

They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a lift to a wedding we were attending locally. They made us a glorious dinner with local produce which we enjoyed very much. Merci beaucoup pour tout!"

"At Maison 1643 we found a little piece of paradise! Véronique and Frédéric were superb in every way - our stay was beyond perfect and we were very sad to leave. Fantastic hosts, and the most talented of chefs, our evening meals were exceptional and the homemade jams, breads and local specialities at breakfast time were absolutely delicious. "The owners were welcoming, kind and generous with information about the region and its delightful small towns. Veronique and Frederic made every effort to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their dog Titus added to the cheerful ambience. We had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool, beautifully sited and maintained. The two meals we had were superb, with the freshest local ingredients prepared with creativity and presented with flair. Breakfasts were delicious, with fresh fruit, homemade cakes, preserves, yoghurt and granola."

"Absoluut geweldige plek, een kleine oase van rust in de Provence in een mooie, oude boerderij. De hosts zijn erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en geven je graag tips en aanbevelingen wat te doen in de regio. Neem absoluut ook een keer het diner en laat je de wijn erbij aanbevelen, het is werkelijk heerlijk. Er is ook een ontzettend lieve hond die altijd in is voor een knuffel!"

"Eigenlijk waren er helemaal geen minpunten. Als ik dan toch iets moet noemen, wat het jammer dat er voor de ramen (of één van de ramen) geen hor zat. Hierdoor kwamen er best wat insecten en muggen naar binnen, waardoor ventileren snachts wat lastiger was."
