"The view from the balcony is superb, and the balcony provides ample space to sit out there and to enjoy meals or simply stare at the sea. There are only pedestrians in front of you. There is a parking space."

"Η τοποθεσία το διαμερίσματος ήταν εκπληκτική, η θέα κάθε πρωί με την ανατολή να σε γαληνεύει. Η παροχές της κουζίνας ήταν πολύ καλές αν και δεν μαγειρέψαμε ιδιαίτερα πέραν του πρωινού. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πολύ διευκρινιστικός για την άφιξη και αναχώρηση."

"Lokalizacja, bezpieczeństwo, klimat mieszkania, wygoda, wyposażenia, świetna lokalizacja tarasu ze wspaniałym widokiem, blisko sklepy kawiarnie i restauracje, piekarnie, autobusy, lotnisko - wszystko w zasięgu spacerku. Spokojna czysta plaza. Ludzie byli bardzo dobrze do nas nastawieni, szczególnie Francuzi."

"Objekat je na izvanrednoj lokaciji.Aerodrom Nica jeste blizu i avio saobracaj je gust ali ko nije previse osetljiv na buku ne predstavlja neki problem. Apartmanjje vrlo komforan i udoban i poseduje sve sto je potrebno za prijatan boravak.Velika prednost je i privatan parking sa rampom sa zakljucavanjem. Sve u svemu vrlo dobar apartman za prijatan boravak."
"Mislim da apartmanu nedostaje klima uredjaj da bi ocena bila izvanredan. Ja nisam zavisnik od klime , ali u vecernjim satima bi prijalo da se apartman malo rashladi. Wi-Fi internet bi bio pozeljan , ali predpostavljam da gosti van EU nisu ciljana grupa i oni taj problem laako resavaju jer nemaju roming , ali taj se problem resava kupovinomneke internet kartice. Sem ove dve stvari apartman za svaku preporuku."
"Die Lage vom Apartment zum Strand und die Aussicht waren perfekt. Sandstrand und Wasser mit geringer Tiefe, ideal für Kinder oder ältere Menschen. Wasserspender mit kaltem Quellwasser und Sparkling -Water ein paar Schritte entfernt. Cap 3000 und Bushaltestelle 10 min von der Wohnung entfernt. Parkplatz im Schatten. Vermieter spricht deutsch und ist sehr freundlich."
"Kein Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe. Eine Klimaanlage oder zumindest ein Ventilator wäre toll gewesen. Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag auf den Balkon und ins Zimmer. Trotz geschlossenem Fenster und Vorhänge sehr heiß in der Wohnung. Würde wieder buchen, aber nur Vor oder Nachsaison. Leider kein Internet."
