"L'apartament està en una zona inmillorable, està molt a prop del barri vell i s'hi pot anar caminant en pocs minuts. D'altra banda, és molt pràctic que ofereixi un parking reservat, en una zona d'accés privat. La cuina està molt ben equipada I el lavabo també està bé. L'espai està ben aprofitat, és endreçat i confortable. Tot estava molt net. En un armari hi ha aspiradora i mopa per facilitar la neteja. Pel que fa a la zona, just al costat de l'apartament hi ha un supermercat i una gasolinera."

En previsió d'estades llargues com la nostra, estaria bé preveure un joc de tovalloles i llençols extra per canviar a la meitat de l'estada. A la web de Booking diu que l'apartament no disposa de Wi-Fi, però a la porta d'entrada de l'apartament hi ha un rètol amb la contrasenya per accedir al Wi-Fi i això causa confusió. SI tenir wi-fi és un valor afegit, com és que a la web diu que no n'hi ha?"

"The flat and its location were perfect, we really enjoyed our stay! It was just a short walk to the old city."

"It was partly our fault. I did not contact the host before the time as I always do. Only one of us had access to data and the instructions for check in (AND correct directions to the flat - Google is NOT 100% correct) were sent to my partner half a day before check in and we did not notice it in time. We then phoned the host and when he came we only realised that we were not even at the right place. But all was well at the end and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your patience with us! :-)"

"A super little modern apartment on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a large building. It is actually more spacious than I imagined from the photos. Secure gated parking is visible fom the apartment window. Google maps took us to the wrong part of the complex, which caused confusion, but this was overcome after a very amicable phone call. There is a large supermarket round the corner and Annecy historical centre is just a short walk. There is no air-con, however, the fan provided kept us cool enough. There are plenty of plug sockets and clear instructions left for accessing tv and WiFi. Dropping the keys off with the elderly relative on the floor above was no problem when we left."

"The only reason I didn't rate a 10 is a) I think the show head really needs a wall bracket (water pressure is brilliant, but it squirts everywhere) and b) as other reviewers have also pointed out, only 1 small bath towel between 2 people is provided for the duration."
