Nicely located directly upstairs from the tram. The apartment is super functional comfortable and clean. And all that for probably the best price in Nice."

"The host is very friendly, even though my bus arrived late to Nice, he still met me below the apartment and gave me the keys. The room is very well organized, has a very small balcony but good to dry your clothes and towels. The building is directly above the Tram Line (Carras) and very easy to go into town or outside of Nice - very easy to come and go back to the airport as well. The host also took my care of luggage after my check out - he was very smooth and friendly."

"Basic accomodation with everything i needed for my 2 night stay in Nice. The location is very practical as it's just off the tram stop and a few mins walk from the sea. The host was very kind and reactive and showed up in the middle of the night with no problems when i had a problem to enter the building."

"For those who are light sleepers, there's a tiny bit of noise from the tram moving around. But apart from that, in general the apartment is very quiet and one can get good rest."
