"Bij aankomst moesten wij 500 euro contant borg betalen. Dat klopte volledig met de voorwaarden. Deze voorwaarden zijn echter door booking.com pas beschikbaar gesteld nadat wij hadden geboekt. Wij hadden daardoor niet voldoende contant geld bij ons. Dat hebben wij met de gastheer wel goed kunnen oplossen."
