"This is such a lovely place to stay in a beautiful and spacious room overlooking the river Saone.We loved the location as one can walk out to the town and nearby restaurants.The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Recommend it for a night-stop or two nights!"

"Location is on the main road in Gray overlooking the river. Host was very welcoming. Room was neat and clean. We ate out for dinner and breakfast so no comment on meals. Excellent overnight stop from Burgundy towards the east. Very close to restaurants along the river and the centreville of Gray."

"The bath needed a curtain and a place to hang the shower. But it was usable."

"Very modern room, astounding soundproofing considering my room was right on the street. Good breakast, served in room. Large courtyard garden. Bathroom has a bath."

"I suspect that despite the very recent and good renovation it will need ongoing maintenance. A decent walk (15-20 minutes?) into the town centre, but as the walk is along the river and passes some fine old mansions, this is no chore. Could be a hot walk in summer, though. Check-in time is 5pm. Because I was sitting forlornly under a tree across the road, they came and let me check-in earlier, but I still sat there for an hour."

"We enjoyed our stay - the host was very welcoming. The room was modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast (at an additional charge) was excellent - delivered in a basket to our room. Property is close to a great pizza restaurant across the river and bars are a short walk away."

"The only thing I would comment on was the bed linen. The duvet needs to be larger so that it covers 2 people with comfort."

"The room we had was a beautifully renovated stable building in the grounds of the old house. Modern and spacious with a comfortable bed, kettle and coffee machine. The hosts were friendly and helpful and let us in to the room before the stated time. Breakfast in the room was good too. Particularly liked that they minimised use of disposable containers for breakfast items."

"lovely property, room was in the old stable block, lovely and clean, all the facilities you’d need,very comfortable bed and excellent shower.Sat in the garden of the property on arrival and the owners very kindly gave us a drink,and later on brought us out a glass of wine each.Short walk along the river and there is a lovely bar/ restaurant by the bridge into town, sat there and watched the sun go down by the river.Loved it, would certainly stay there again on our return from our holidays."
