"A beautiful rural retreat. The well refurbished French farm is located amongst fields and vineyards. Whils the drive is a bit rugged, the views are lovely. We had a wonderful stay and we received amazing hospitality. The food was homemade and delicious. A big thank you to our host for being so welcoming and accommodating. The scenic town of Bully is a short walk away, it is a picturesque place with a beautiful Chateau."

"It is not an easy property to find as it is off the main road tucked away on a hill. It is however really worth the drive."

"Lodges Laô is beautifully situated at the edge of the little town Bully, surrounded by vineyards. We had a comfortable and very well decorated room (very cool: all rooms have their own motto) with a door leading to the outside directly; very practical for me and my dog Carlo. When walking along the little roads in the area we heard owls at night and saw rabbits in the morning, perfect to distract our minds from our long car travel. Carlo was also welcome to join me for breakfast, which I appreciate a lot. Merci beaucoup! The breakfast was truly amazing, exactly what I would expect from a French B&B/small hotel: Fresh bread and croissant with a small but very good variety of fresh local products to accompany, both sweet and savory; also fresh fruits and yogurt (the latter produced at a farm less than 20 km away). Carlo was treated very well. Me too! The owners were lovely and very welcoming. If we pass through that area again, we will return!"

"Everything is perfect in Lodges Lao. The owners are very enthusiastic and kind who saved us when we couldn't find a taxi to Bully and back to train station. The Lodges locates on a hill surrounded by grape fields, we had a calm and cozy rest and had fully enjoyed the wonderful scenery in Bully. The room and the bed are very comfortable. Also need to mention the breakfast, we have tasted some fresh products from local farmers. Again, everything is perfect!"

"The room was very cozy, we had a lot of space for ourselves. The hotel is dog friendly and our Alma loved this place as well! The breakfast was so good, a lot of choice and we could enjoy the stunning view on the terrace. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely choose this place again if we ever return to Lyon."

"Everything was great. Super hosts, friendly, accommodating, the place and location is beautiful. Breakfast was also great and served outside in beautiful garden/yard. All in all, even if I was at work, I felt like I was on a mini gateway. Just lovely!"

"This place is an absolute gem, we're very happy to have found it. It has been decorated with so much love, you can just tell how special it is from the first time you set foot into it! There is a big garden, a cozy lounge outside and a friendly work space inside. Our kids loved to play with Irza, the owners' dog. Our room was so cutely decorated and done up beautifully from what used to be the vineyard worker's quarters. Breakfast was great with home-made jams, fresh bread and chocolatines, among many other things. Sonia is a warm, welcoming and very accommodating host that makes it easy for you to feel comfortable in her B&B. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The sheets on our pull-out bed smelled a little stale/musty, but I guess it's not always easy to dry laundry quickly in an old building like this. The main bed was super comfy and didn't have this issue."
