Lille Centre - Nice ap. 4pers

"Very clean and comfortable. Close to old town and both train stations . Host was easy to communicate with."

"Found the oven difficult to use without instructions"

"Location of the apartment was ideal for train station and Grand Palais. Supermarket underneath apartment."

"No Air-con, stairs to the main entrance not great for those with mobility issues. Only 1 towel per person for the duration of stay, no hand towels for bathroom or kitchen."

"This is in a fantastic location for visiting Lille and northern France. Near shopping areas, both stations, short walk from the centre. Flat itself is nice, big enough for 4 adults, bathroom clean and kitchen great for catering small simple meals."

"Please provide a fan in hot weather. We opened the windows and came away with lots of mosquito bites. Also fridge was difficult to close. Boiler in the bedroom appeared to be leaking at the bottom."

"Great location and flexible with our. checkout time which is very much appreciated"

"The only issue of the whole stay is the number of towels provided. We were a mixed gender group of four adults. The shower mat was stained and there were only 4 towels in total provided. It is not hygienic to not have a hand towel in the bathroom and to be reduced to using body towels in the toilet area. Culturally we would expect sufficient clean towels and not be have to pack same nor be charged extra for what would be generally considered a minimum requirement. In the absence of providing a suitable amount of towels it might be helpful to advertise the minimal number of towels provided at the accommodation in advance."

"The location was excellent. Close to everything - stations, shops, and places to eat."

"It is very narrow. That is a feature of the town's architecture. Just means only one person on the stairs. Nothing can be done about that."

"Collected our own breakfast from nearby boulangerie. Shopping close and all restaurants close too. We felt safe as we were up a floor, great view of the church and the street. Friendly feel of the neighbourhood!"

"Impossible access if you are disabled as the staircase was very narrow and steep."

"the location is excellent and great to get to both train stations and the Grand Place"

"Was noisy one night but it was a bank holiday and didn’t have any other problems with noise"
