"The apartment was very well appointed, and comfortable, class appointments/furnishings, and a brilliant coffee machine. It is close the the town centre and a lot of good places to eat and drink. about the right price for the quality and location"

"On the site it says free parking is available. It is, but some 600 metres away in a public 'on street' park. Also it should be stated that there are 68 stairs to get to the flat, narrow wooden ones. Once there it is wonderful but with heavy bags and a few of them, not so easy. But we are in our 70's younger folk may find it easier. The TV controls are a mystery, we gave up, although the owner did offer to send someone to fix it, but it wasn't an essential part of our break. (Unless you are French, French TV is difficult to take. IMO )Renters might also need to contact the owner for the wifi code as there are no instructions or anything in the flat, that we could find and the concierge gave us the wrong info."

"Appartement très bien rénové situé au 2eme étage. Belle décoration, bien équipé, lumineux et bien placé, proche de tous les commerces et des places. Belle sdb avec baignoire."

"Je n'ai mis que 8 car légère odeur désagréable dans la chambre, et je n'ai pas aimé les draps en soie (ou synthétique), mais c'est très personnel. J'ai aussi chuté dans la chambre après avoir buté contre une petite marche, je me suis coupée et foulée la cheville, cela a fortement perturbé mon séjour même si globalement l'appartement est très agréable. A noter que le jacuzzi n'est pas inclus dans le prix, ce n'est pas indiqué sur booking."

"This property was the most charming of all those I have stayed in during this trip. The owner obviously put some time and thought into the small details. It is well located and affordable, with a small balcony overlooking the street. I would note that street parking is free from 7 pm to 9 am overnight in Arras and both nights I was able to park my car within 1 block of the property. Communications with the owner and the concierge were excellent and were done though WhatsApp, so be sure to have that app on your phone."

"The location initially seemed a bit dodgy since the entrance is down an alley. I suggest going on Google Earth ahead of time so you can see where it is located in that alley/street — the black metal door on the right. The unit is on the third floor with no elevator so be aware there will be 49 steps to climb."
