"1. to collect the key need to go extra couple blocks. It's a bit hard for travelers on foot and with luggages. 2. the damage deposit was paid through a private site to the host which is a bit scary due to so many scams these days. 3. there is a very loud clock sound in the living room which is a bit noisy for sleeping on the sofabed."

"Les portes des placards est cassée : ce n'était pas pratique pour prendre la couette et coussins. Aussi un escabeau / tabouret aurait été utile : je n'aurais pas pu les atteindre si dans la famille on n'avait pas un très grand adulte. Beaucoup de documents sont à scanner, ce qui n'est pas très pratique au final. Quelques pages ont été imprimées mais pas celles qu'on aurait cru (concernant l'accueil et le départ par exemple, plutot que de devoir aller chercher sur l'ordi). Un énième QR code était dans le PDF, ce qui n'est pas scannable vu qu'on est déjà sur l'ordi... (concernant le ramassage des ordures). Une pelle aurait été bien pratique. La lunette des toilettes est un peu décalée, c'est bizarre."
