Bon coneixement de la zona de l'entorn més immediat"

"We loved the old villa, the renovation is exceptionally tasteful. We appreciate the owners' great taste in art. The garden is lovely, and the kids really enjoyed the playroom with a big closet full of games and a ping pong table. We also liked the cute cat called Caramel:) thanks to the thick walls, it wasn't too hot at night. Prades is a good base for exploring the region, with amazing medieval villages and beautiful mountains just a short drive away. The host, Solange, was very nice and gave us plenty of great recommendations."

"What a find. Right in the centre of Prades, we had a huge 2 bed beautiful apartment, both bedrooms were ensuite. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, plenty of crockery, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. The games room downstairs is amazing (table tennis/darts/board games etc) as is the beautiful garden. There is also a bbq available. The owners are wonderful and have lots of helpful advice and suggestions for the area. Great location for hiking/sightseeing/canyoning/caves in the pyrenees. Free parking. There is a huge market in town if you happen to be there on a Tuesday. Lidl is about a 15 minute walk away and there is a spar just round the corner. Highly recommend"

"L'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte, appartement très spacieux et bien équipé. Sa situation au cœur de Prades avec un parking très proche. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour."

"Cómodo y práctico. Las vistas desde el salón y nuestra habitacion preciosas, al jardín y las montañas. Sylvan encantador y nos dio mucha información del espacio y de los alrededores."

"Todo perfecto en la estancia. Tuvimos un pequeño percance pero no es culpa de la estancia, nos robaron el protector de la bola de enganche del coche en el aparcamiento."

"Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, con una distribución curiosa pero estaba muy bien acondicionado y decorado. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento y nos dio todo tipo de explicaciones sobre la historia de la casa y recomendaciones de lugares a visitar. La sala de juegos es muy completa y la disfrutamos con nuestros hijos, con ping-pong, diana y muchos juegos de mesa. El jardín también estaba bien, aunque no tuvimos mucho tiempo para disfrutarlo. Muy buena ubicación en el centro de Prades y para visitar la zona del Conflent. Parking gratuito cercano que nos indicó el anfitrión."

"Morgens die schweren Holzfensterläden zur Straße hin aufstoßen und Richtung Marktplatz sehen - das ist ein großartiger Tagesbeginn in einer ehemaligen Schule, ursprünglich dem Wohnhaus des Richters, heute „les loges de la suite“. Die Zimmer und der Eingang atmen noch Geschichte: mit allerlei Lehrmaterialien und Büchern. Drinnen ist alles zum Wohlbefinden des Gastes: Der Blick in den Garten, die breiten Betten, Dielenboden, die voll ausgestattete Küche mit den in freundlichem Grün gestrichenen Wänden. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen, ganz zentrumsnah. Eine Tischtennisplatte gibt es auch; für die, die nach gutem Essen am nahe gelegenen Markt noch ein bisschen Bewegung brauchen."

"Das Haus ist ein wunderbarer Ort, ca. 200 Jahre alt, großadelig. Hohe Räume, wunderschöne Böden und alles äußerst geschmackvoll renoviert. Ein Zimmer hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Garten und Berge, das andere auf die kleine Straße. Insgesamt ein sehr ruhiger Ort. Wir haben die Tischtennisplatte sehr genossen und sehr gut geschlafen. Ideal zum Wandern direkt vom Haus aus. Gute Lebensmittel, toller Bäcker im Ort."
