"The 3 Roses is a wonderful B&B. It is perfectly situated for a stopover on our route from ferryport to southwest France. We stayed in their new ground floor bedroom with its stylish bathroom and view of the garden. Emanual and Natalie are marvellous hosts. Their hospitality is first class - the welcome, the quality accomodation and the superbe dinner and breakfast. We loved everything."

"Personally we would prefer a standing shower and not the beautiful bath with shower hose that was in our room, and slightly more space to move around the room..this does not reflect the review score as we were aware of no shower and size of room when we booked"
"Loved everything about this delightful B&B. The accomodation was very comfortable and peaceful. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided a wonderful evening meal and the most fantastic breakfast. The quality of the food was great and included lovely local produce. The beautiful longere was situated in a quiet rural area but within easy travelling distance of local attractions. Une jolie terrasse et un bel extérieur avec piscine et jaccuzzi pour la détente. A proximité de Valencay - La visite du château vaut le détour."

"Only a few minutes walk to the centre of town, the ski rental shop and the lifts. Large bedroom and bathroom with comfortable bed and lots of hot water. Owner was quick to respond to messages and ensured a smooth day."

"We had a perfect stay in this beautifully renovated old house situated next to the train station & Banyuls centre in a calm area. We couldn't get enough of the lovely sea view from the roof terrace. The house is very comfortable with all amenities and little things for comfort one may need. The house has 3 separate bedrooms with a big bathroom on the 1st floor and a large, fully equipped kitchen & dining area on the 2nd floor with the terrace. Daniel is a very kind and helpful host. He was always available and helped us even with a car transfer when our train was cancelled. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to beautiful Côte Vermeille. Thank you Daniel!"

The hosts were amazing- helped us with any request we had, provided lots of advice, information and support, answered all the questions and made our trip absolutely seamless. Beautiful rooms, well-thought out details at the property, super convenient location only short walk to the town and right next to the buses and trains. Superb hot tub ready to use anytime you like, absolutely incredible views of the mountains throughout. Next to a bakery which is a nice bonus. It really is perfect, we would highly recommend!"

"Le séjour était parfait ! JC et Laurent sont des hôtes soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires . La maison est très belle, décorée avec goût et recherche et au calme ! Très belle piscine intérieure chauffée et jacuzzi . On peut profiter de la terrasse très bien aménagée. JC prépare des petits déjeuners exceptionnels : copieux, diversifiés et thématiques . Un vrai régal aussi pour les yeux tant la présentation est recherchée en lien avec le thème. Merci à JC pour ses délicates attentions lors des fins d’après-midi à la piscine !"
