"The host was very friendly and welcoming. He made us feel at home, and we were able to use the different areas of his garden and verandah to sit and relax rather than just staying in our room. There are lots of activities here which was great because we were staying for 3 nights. We used the swimming pool, the pool table and relaxed in the garden. It was nice to have a breakfast provided each day, and we then went out to eat. There is an excellent pizza restaurant 10 minutes walk away and an outdoor food area next to the canal which is a 5 minute drive away. Really, we were able to use the house as our own, and the host was very helpful and kind."

"less than an hour to Eurotunnel - ideal for A26 travellers heading to/from UK. Secure parking for bikers and rapid EV charging point. Breakfast was great. If you like 60s london/Mr Bean they even have a themed room to suit you. Shame no ensuite - but the communal bathroom was clean and the property has a mass of facilities I never expected. I will use again."

"Lage: Leider möchte die Gemeinde offenbar (fast) keine Straßenschilder aufstellen, daher ist ein "herkömmliches" Auffinden nicht auf Anhieb möglich. Ansonsten in Ordnung. Leider miserable öffentliche Transportmöglichkeiten, abgesehen von der naturgemäß nur wenige Orte bedienenden Bahnstrecke. Dies ist natürlich nicht der Unterkunft anzulasten. Von dort erhielt ich beste Unterstützung! Preis eigentlich jenseits meines Budgets, aber ohne Alternative am Ort. Emplacement : Malheureusement, il semble que la commune ne veuille apparemment pas installer (presque) de panneaux de signalisation (noms des rues), donc une localisation « classique » n'est pas immédiatement possible. Sinon, c'est en ordre. Malheureusement, les possibilités de transport public sont misérables, à part la ligne de train qui dessert naturellement seulement quelques endroits. Bien sûr, cela n'est pas imputable à l'hébergement. De là, j'ai reçu le meilleur soutien ! Le prix est en réalité au-delà de mon budget, mais sans alternative sur place."
