Hôte sympathique qui nous a gentiment accueilli à notre arrivée malgré l'heure plus tardive que prévu. Parking aisé. Logement bien équipé (cuisine complète, planche à repasser, machine à laver le linge + essoreuse). Nous avons apprécié le fait que le balcon donne sur une pelouse où il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis, ce qui amplifie le sentiment d'être chez soi. Bon endroit pour une étape."

"Siamo stati accolti da Philippe che ci ha consegnato personalmente le chiavi, molto disponibile e gentile. Appartamento ristrutturato e molto funzionale, cucina completamente attrezzata, anche con condimenti, the e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti. 2 camere comode, cabina armadio e sala piuttosto grande con terrazzino. Noi ci siamo fermati una sola notte e quindi non abbiamo potuto approfittare di tutto quanto messo a disposizione, lavatrice e asciugatrice comprese. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo."

"Great apartment! Easy to find. Clean nice building and surroundings. Elevator. Great size of the apartment with the possibility for four people to sleep. The sofa in the living room can be rolled out to a double bed (which you cant see in the pictures). Nice terrace. Kitchen with possibilities for easy cooking. Some reviews mentioned that it was noisy. The only noise we experienced was the traffic (cars, planes, helicopters) in the area, but it did not bother us that much."

"L'emplacement était parfait (à condition d'avoir une voiture, mais un arrêt de bus est également placé à 2min) car il permettait de profiter d'Annecy et de la région alentour tout en profitant du calme d'une petite ville, et d'un beau paysage avec le lac d'un côté et la barre rocheuse de l'autre (et la boulangerie du centre-ville est excellente !). Le logement était décoré avec goût et comprenait tout l'utilitaire essentiel pour avoir envie d'y rester pour prendre un petit repas ou se reposer (le café à disposition était très bon). La procédure de check-in, et les informations essentielles, était très bien expliquées avec de nombreuses photos à l'appui ! Les gestionnaires du logement étaient facilement joignables et attentifs au bon déroulement de notre séjour."
