"A negative point: Our fridge was not working and it was very hot day, without cold water. We asked them to solve it in the first night. The staff of the night didn’t help much. But on the next day they solved it, partially. The room didn’t have the right wall socket for the fridge, the one that didn’t need the card put to be functioning, and everytime we left the room, the refrigerator turned off. But it was reasonably ok for us."

"Location great, 10min from metro, walking distance to nice restaurants and playground. Extra comfy beds, we slept like babies. The window was facing inner courtyard so no noise from the street (although the hotel is in deadend street so pieceful even without that fact). Breakfast plain and simple, but good and enough."

"The hotel is very close to metro and bus station, it is easy to reach all the museums, eiffel, etc. We stayed at 6nd floor, it might be the reason, the shower stream was weak, it is enough but not comfort. The staff are very nice, helpful, the room was clean every day, also the room is big, the beds are comfort. There is no cartoon on TV, my kids were looking for."

"Great location near the Metro station in a very quiet street which is unusual for Paris. The staff were super friendly & helpful. Good working AC, which was needed as it was super hot there."

"Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Stayed for the Olympics, so a good location. About 40 minutes commute to the Stade de France via public transport. No issues checking in or out. Liked that the room had air conditioning and a kettle. Can't really complain about anything."

"Certain things could have been replenished more, for example toilet paper, sugar and tea bags. Some items weren't replaced at all. Buffet also ran out out breakfast tea and it wasn't replaced for the remainder of my stay."
