"Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig zur Altstadt und zum Hafen. Sehr ruhig. Ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Eine Flasche Rosé als Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank."
"Die Küche könnte noch mit ein paar nützlichen Dingen wie Wasserkocher oder kleinen Schüsseln ausgestattet sein. Die Terrasse ist bei großer Hitze nur am Abend nutzbar."
