"Beautiful villa corresponding with the ancient architecture of the city. I felt like in a medieval (but modern) private ranch. Location is good. There is a tram, but I usually walk in the city (around 2-3km). Breakfast is okay - classical French style of bread, jam, coffee and small pastries."

"We had a big room on ground level. Breakfast was good, they bring it 'prepared', no buffet - might be boring if you stay for a week. Private parking available. Very friendly staff. Very good resto with many different options"

"Since the room was on ground level, the gardener passed by already early in the morning, so had to close the curtains. To get the key of the room you have to go to the resto, which is OK but nowhere explained at the checkin location. Breakfast was good, they bring it 'prepared', no buffet - might be boring if you stay for a week."

"Communication prior to arrival was excellent and free parking available on site. Room was spacious with large bathroom. It was hot during our stay so the AC, window blinds and mini fridge were much appreciated. The property is in a residential area but the Restaurant & Bar associated with the property are literally next door and offered a wonderful menu, excellent range of wines and atmosphere. Would highly recommend! Tram to Montpellier and beyond stops a short walk up the road offering a regular and efficient service - just use the app to buy a ticket before you board as there are random checks."

"Simple breakfast but perfect to set you up for the day, pastries, lovely bread, juice, hot drinks, yoghurt and fruit salad. We also ate lunch at the restaurant, the menu was great, we arrived just after the lunch rush but the waiter was still very accommodating. The hotel was quiet as out of season, great location next to the tram and very easy to get into town. Nice modern simple interior."

"My only remark was that there was a lot of dust behind the bedside tables (looks like the don’t move them to clean) and the wardrobe door paint was coming off as you slide the doors."
