"The location was fantastic, access to the beach and the ramparts right beside it. The apartment was spotless with everything you could need. Shower had plenty of hot water with strong pressure. Has washer/dryer. Near the beautiful Cathedral and bakery. Shops, restaurants close by. Bus to/from station 10 min walk to outside walls."

"Apartment temperature was set with set timer and adjusting same was discouraged. Unfortunately, we did find it cold sitting in the apartment at times and we were dressed for the poor weather conditions. A slight increase in temp during winter months would be more comfortable for visitors. Everything else was great."

"The key delivery was rather stressful. We got the instructions about how to find the keys only an hour before our arrival. The key ring had 4 keys on it and a small plastic disc. It turned out that the disc was actually magnetic and it was opening the front door of the building. But this was not mentioned in the instructions. We had to ring other people's bells to get in the first time. Also, there was not much of a view from the apartment, although the photos showed a window with sea view."
