"Un vrai coup de cœur pour cet appartement à Cannes ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, lumineux, très propre et joliment décoré – nous avons adoré. Les deux chambres sont très confortables, chacune avec sa salle de bain, et la literie est excellente. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, rien ne manque. L’emplacement est idéal : au calme, à 6 minutes de la plage du Midi, et tout proche de la Croisette, des commerces et restaurants. Tout se fait à pied, c’est un vrai plaisir. La place de parking privée est un vrai plus à Cannes. Une superbe adresse que nous recommandons à 100 %… et que nous espérons retrouver bientôt !"

"Està situat al vell mig de Montferrand arran de carrer, una mica apartat de Clermont, però el tramvia està a 10mn. directament al centre. els bitllets es compren a la mateixa parada (aparcar a Clermont és una mica complicat). Recepció excel·lent, molt amables, tot molt net, molt acollidor. Té de tot (potser fins i tot massa :-)) excepte rentaplats i rentadora, però en aquest cas t'ofereixen rentar-te la roba (els propietàries estan al pis de sobre i estan sempre disponibles per a qualsevol cosa). L'esmorzar és tipus continental, però nosaltres varem demanar embotit i pa integral per tema d'intoleràncies i no va haver cap problema. Quan s'acabava alguna cosa la els hi demanaves i t'ho portaven. Tot i no tenir aparcament privat, no hi ha problema per aparcar pels voltants. Té molt jocs per a nens i adults, una Wii, reproductor de música i DVDs. La WI-FI excel·lent. La calefació a la temperatura justa."
