A nearby cafe for evenings out. Exceptionally helpful host. Great bedrooms, as long as you can climb steep steps to the one upstairs. Nice little terrace. Convenient parking nearby. Simply lovely."

"Nous sommes restés une semaine en août 2025.Logement atypique dans le centre de Turquant à proximité de l'église, de la Loire, départ de randonnées pédestres et cyclistes. Le restaurant l'Hélianthe à Turquant excellent qualité prix accueil. Excellente boulangerie à Parnay."
"Le logement ne se situe pas au 4 rue des Martyrs mais au bas de la rue du Ponceau - à priori le numéro 3, d'où difficulté pour les vélos si vous n'avez pas la clef du 4 rue des Martyrs. Manque de rangement dans la chambre et la salle de bain porte-manteau par exemple, réfrigérateur trop petit pour une durée d'une semaine, absence de parasol sur la petite terrasse. Captage du Wifi compliqué dans toutes les pièces du logement par l'absence de répéteur."

"We've had an absolutely fantastic week spent in Balaruc, the property has been exactly as advertised: lovely/modern location, small balcony with table and chairs, air conditioning, the facilities fully working and in great condition. Although there is only a sofa-bed, please be advised that this is very comfortable. The location is great, central but overall peaceful, restaurants, boulangerie, farmacy, convenience store all at <5min walking distance from the building. Also, in the park in front of the building, you have the joy of indulging into the local goodies on the set up market which is taking place every Tuesday and Friday. (This is a must go to!) Overall great value for money, highly recommend the flat. If we will ever go back, we would definitely go for the same location! Many thanks to the host, which has been very nice and helpful 😊"
