"- qualité de l accueil et disponibilité de l'hôte - La location est à proximité des plages, de commercants de proximité très pratiques (boulangerie, épiceries, pharmacies, traiteurs) - à proximité de la gare du Gramont et des bus - appartement, climatisé, joliment décoré et confortable. La literie impeccable. - La cuisine d été et la lingerie sont pratiques et permettent de ne pas encombrer l appt. C est aussi un espace convivial qui permet les échanges avec ceux qui utilisent ces espaces. Je recommande cet hôte et sa maison très bien entretenue"

"We travelled by bicycle but unfortunately we had a puncture which required a bicycle mechanic to repair. Our hosts drove us to the bicycle shop where it was repaired promptly and then drove us back to Cheminard where we continued on our way.Excellent service from our hosts."

"The people who own the place are just so nice and respectful. They were just as polite to us (mother + 3 teenage kids) as they were to the business men. I've seen otherwise in other establishments. The room was spotless. The breakfast was the same as it was in july, great! The owning couple really work as a team."

"This turned out to be an iconic penthouse apartment in an iconic building from the time c100 years ago when Nice was developing as a glamorous holiday location. It was even featured in a film we saw about Nice in the nearby museum! We loved the terrace, the sea views, the beautiful stairways and proximity to the excellent tram system."
"Location of the apartment was really central and easy to find. The key lock box is about 10min walk but easy to access, you get 1 set of keys so with 2 couples a second set would have been really useful. The apartment is on the third floor (76 steps) with a very small lift! It is clean and well equipped, although we didn't cook, to enable you to make meals if you want to. 2 decent sized bedrooms and large living/dining room."
