"The house was really nice, as were the owners. We enjoyed the tranquillity of the garden and different spaces to relax, play card games, read a book or play sports. In the village, we made use of the tennis and basketball courts. The local bakery has delicious pastries and bread. There is lots to do in the area. The waterpark near Caen was a great outing."

"Idyllische plek en prachtig en comfortabel huis. Heel stil, volop privacy en midden in de natuur maar toch dichtbij een schattig Frans dorpje op loopafstand. In het dorpje zijn een lekkere boulangerie en leuke pizzeria waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Dichtbij allerlei leuke Normandische plaatsjes maar ook de kust met oa Deauville en Honfleur op ca 25 autominuten. Hele aardige en attente host. Kan het zeer aanbevelen."

"Geweldige locatie en hele aardige eigenaren die de tijd namen om alles uit te leggen en ook handige informatie deelden over de omgeving (bijv waar een leuk hondenstrand was). Perfecte uitvalsbasis ook om allerlei bezienswaardigheden in de buurt te bezoeken. We hadden ons geen betere start van de vakantie kunnen voorstellen, veel dank!"

"Das Haus liegt aussergewöhnlich ruhig, die Gäste werden von Brigitte und Kevin sehr persönlich und freundlich betreut. Und das (einzige) Restaurant in Bonneville war stets einen Besuch wert. Für Radfahrer eine erstklassige Location."

"A lovely cosy log cabin with excellent views and no neighbours. Brilliant for those with dogs as there is a fenced off area so you can allow your dog to be off the lead. Not lots to do nearby but easy to get to Verdun and the surrounding places of interest."

"The location was perfect as it was 5 minutes from the tunnel and to hop on the A16 to explore the area. Big shopping centre 5 minutes away for a rainy day and to bring back some cheap wine. The gite was very self contained and had everything we needed. Loved waking up to the views over the field and the cows looking in the window. Very easy trip that was close to everything we needed but felt like we were in the middle of nowhere for a relaxing time. Host was lovely, very helpful and friendly. She also had a box so we could watch English TV when we wanted."
"From we moment we messaged the hosts until we left, they were super helpful. The older couple had little English but certainly got by. The younger couple outstanding, we were certainly looked after. Hosts picked us up (4 people with backpacks) from train station in 2 cars and returned us to the station at the end of our stay. Also taking & picking up us to & from the Sir John Monash centre as the weather was a little ordinary. Great breakfast spread."
