"Hotelet molt bufó, ben situat al bonic poble de Martel, des d'on es poden visitar molts pobles bonics situats a un radi de 20-50 min. Està gestionat per un equip jove i amable que regenta també el restaurant situat a la planta baixa. La nostra habitació era espaiosa, lluminosa i amb un bany modern. La connexió wifi hi funcionava perfectament. Vam sopar al restaurant de baix una de les dues nits i, tot i que la carta no és gaire extensa, vam gaudir d'un menú molt ben presentat i cuidat."

"Tot bé però a tenir en compte que per arribar a les habitacions (al primer o segon pis), cal pujar una escala bastant estreta, típica d'una casa antiga. No ha estat un problema per a nosaltres però podria haver-ho estat per a algú amb algun problema de mobilitat. A nivell més personal, el matelàs no era tan ferm com ens agrada ni els coixins els més còmodes del món, tot i que això varia molt en funció de cadascú."

"Excellent location in centre of picturesque little town. Parking close by. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom with everything you need including kettle etc which unusual for France. There is a very good little restaurant and fun bar on the ground floor. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious spread to help oneself too. Such good value too."

"Only problem is that check-in isn’t until 6pm so if you arrive early you may find the place closed. Communication with staff was easy and quick."

"Breakfast was generous and varied. The coffee was excellent. The room was clean, nicely furnished and spacious. The bed was roomy and comfortable.The bathroom and shower were also spacious, spotless and efficient. The hotel had a very good restaurant downstairs. The staff were lovely."

"My only suggestion for improvement is that a blanket could be provided for nights when a duvet is too warm and just a sheet too cool for sleeping comfortably."

"Very old and lovely building with clever and very attractive modern bedrooms built into it. Great materials and extremely comfortable bed. Good aircon (not too fierce) and good shower etc. Also - very good breakfast and top coffee. Dinner also v good."

"Super cool accommodation in an amazing medieval building. Chic room, huge comfortable bed, a roomy walk-in shower and 'his & her' sinks. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. We ate in the restaurant downstairs that evening, (book a table!), highly recommended, delicious food. A lighter continental style breakfast buffet was included in the price and was served in the cute breakfast room next to the kitchen. There are not many rooms in the restaurant/hotel, so it all felt very personal and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, good to know is that they all go home at night, no 24 hour reception but you have a telephone number to call if you need help with anything."

"The stairs are narrow, no lift, as the building is so old, so it could be difficult to get up them if you have large suitcases. Earplugs are provided in the room for any late night partys outside on the street as the rooms aren't fully soundproofed. (There was noise until 01:00!)"
