"Oven not clean"

"The property is a beautiful old building which has been lovingly restored. The kitchen, lounge, dining area had everything you need and very clean. The beds were comfortable, bathroom is modern with a lovely hot shower. The courtyard has a table tennis table, pool,large dining area with BBQ and a hot tub which we used everyday even in the rain. The owner met us just after we arrived and explained everything."

"Comfortable property in a lovely old building. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The village is beautiful and tranquil and is in a great location for visits to the vast array of historic sites across Calvados. The owner was very nice and helpful. Will be coming back!"

"A beautiful apartment located in the French countryside with a very large amount of attractions in the vincinity both French cultural and historical and D-day related. The apartment itself is built in an old building which gives the apartment a very nice and cozy look. You also have access to a small pool and heated jacuzzi, very nice to lie down in after a day of tourism. These baths are clean and well maintaned. The host was very accomodating and gave information about things to do in the area, he also gave us a bottle of calvados which he made himself, it was very good."

"Some of the furniture in the apartment is old and not super comfortable."

"Good location to the British beaches and a very quiet village. The hot tub and little pool were very nice."

"Some of the furniture was very rustic and unfortunately the washing machine wasn't plumbed in and a little clothes line would have been nice."

"The kitchen/lounge area was quite dark, but it's an old property so not much can be done about that. This areas decor was also a bit dated & tired. The beds whilst comfortable had really rough sheets which was a bit of a surprise."

"We hadnt realised the lower floor of the apartment was not straight out onto the garden area but actually up a flight of stairs. The boiler, situated in the bathroom, was rather noisy."

"The house was excellent. We were travelling with two adults and four children. The property was very spacious for us and equipped with everything you need for a stay of several days. Unfortunately, we could only stay there for one night. The large garden with pool and swings was something the children could not miss. The spacious living room with attached kitchen was perfect for a leisurely breakfast after we visited the nearby seaside grocery shop (15 minutes away by car)."

"One drawback was the lack of air conditioning, which made it quite warm in the bedrooms after a very hot day (the outside temperature was over 30 degrees during the day)."
