"Our stay at Le Perchoir was amazing, we could not recommend this apartment enough! We can’t wait to return. The apartment has everything you could need for a longer stay, excellent kitchen facilities and lovely to have a table and couch as well as very comfortable loft bed. Apartment also has lots of storage for clothing during your stay. Excellent central location too!"

"Even though the apartment is quite small, it is very well laid out. The kitchen is surprisingly well equiped for its size, even though it might take you a while to find what you need in all those small cupboards and drawers - and you might have to use the (provided) small ladder to get to the upper shelves. Still, you can easily cook your own (simple) one- (or maybe two-)pot meals. For everything more fancy, I recommed eating out. With the location directly in the center of town, both cooking yourself and eating out is easily possible: There are three supermarkets within minutes (on foot) from the apartment, and numerous restaurants. Despite its small size, the apartment also offers nice amenities like a dishwasher and a washing machine, which is always a plus in my eyes. Finally, while the loft bed might be unconventional, it was very comfy, and I always had a good night's sleep."

"Upon arrival, there was a distinct smell in some areas of the apartment, especially bathroom and toilet - so maybe from some cleaning agent. On the bright side, though: The apartment was apparently thoroughly cleaned."

"Everything was perfect. An apartment is small, but inside was everything what is needed and even more. The location is great, close to the bus stop Casino, close to bakeries, restaurants and the sea. The host was helping with all my questions. And isolation is perfect, when you close the window you don't hear any noise from outside. I wish to come here one more time. Merci!"
