"The door downstairs doesn't work when you press number 25 as instructed. Not enough duvet covers or pillows. When asked for an extra duvet cover and was told that an extra duvet cover can not be provided I had to go and buy a blanket to keep warm. There has to be that option because not everyone that goes are a couple."

"We were looking for Panoramique for the building name. If there was not a large sign with 188 outside the building we would have been lost ! All the codes to punch in -glad there were 2 of us. Need a torch for the keys are one. Finding the dustbin area was not sign posted. No information inside the apartment about this No recycling when we dud find dustbins, fortunately met a resident . Only 2 mugs and one broke when poured water in. Location good for trains. Street outside dirty. A 10 min walk to old town."

"The self-contained flat on our final days in Europe was great. Clean and comfortable. Easy to find and excellent location for the station and local restaurants and shops. The option to wash all our backpack clothes on the last day was a bonus, so we went home with minimal washing. The flat is hot, even though the weather was not as hot as in other places, so some aircon would have been great, but being on the 5th floor, we left the doors to the balconies open at night. Apologies, we forgot to take the trash out."

"The facility itself is compliant and everything is automatic. During your stay here, you may meet people from your building, but you will never meet your hosts. There's the biggest Carrefour in the big shopping street just down the road, so you shouldn't have any trouble getting food or water. The location is perfect for walking around and not using public transport, especially since a lot of Lille's attractions are packed into a small area. When the time comes for you to leave Lille, having the train station next door will be a huge help."

"The window is cracked. It's not a problem if you stay alone or don't care about it. (Double pane windows) The electric kettle has a sour smell, so it is recommended to boil water in a pot to drink. It was difficult to find the rubbish bins, so hopefully they will be better described next time. As for the cleaning, occasionally, hair from previous residents makes an appearance, though, All in all, a very nice property that is hard to fault."
