"Le long du Verdon is situated in a quiet street next to the river but is only a short walk from the town centre. The room was excellent with all the facilities you would expect. It was also nice to sit outside on the balcony in the evening and early morning (too hot during the day!). There are lots of river adventure places close by so it's a great location for anything you want to do in Castellane."

"A gutter underneath the balcony will avoid the water splashing everywhere. Insulation between apartments was not great. The steel staircase behind makes a lot of noise the going up and down"

"It's a nice and quiet place. We arrived with the car so it was nice to have parking place free of charge. And it's only about 15 minutes from town center by foot."

"Shampoo and body wash amount was a bit too little and it was not refilled/replaced. No bottle opener in the room - fixed this by getting one and leaving it in the room. :)"

"The rooms need some updating and basic equipment like handles for the towels, soap plate, toilet paper hanger etc. The pool was closed, even though it was high season (July). No wi-fi, funky closing (no real door, just balcony door with shutters)."
