"Beautiful reno of a terraced house on outskirts of Carcassonne. About a 15-20 minute easy stroll to the castle. We found it very clean, modern and quiet. No noise from street as double glazed. Kitchen was really nicely done and a lovely bonus. Transport options seemed limited in this city but parking outside apartment was easy and the ring road was great for avoiding city traffic . Lots of nice restaurants near the castle. Felt safe walking back at night. We stayed in the double bedroom and thought it was fabulous value for money. Totally don't know how others found it below a 8/10 really disagree with their ratings. Yes the shower silica needs replacing but that was all and it was a nice big shower with good pressure so just don't look at the floor! Highly recommend."

"El millor de l'allotjament va ser, sens dubte la persona de contacte que em va donar les claus. La seva amabilitat i tracte va ser excelent, cosa atípica en altres establimenst que hem estat a França. Tot i haver de marxar de la casa si o si a les 10 del matí (cosa que considero que no és ideal sobretot si vas amb canalla) no ens va posar cap problema per poder marxar fins les 10:30"

"The appartment was in the countryside. Living in a city, it was amazing that the night was dark, really dark. The appartment had any kind of pottery you can image. All was there, The bedrooms were super, the bed was super. Bathrooms (2) - nice, clean, a lot of space. We had beatyful weahter - living outside - tables, chairs - all available. We had a dog, that could play in the courtyard. Our familymembers played darts, tabletennis, badminton. All there. And the location is superb for exploring the D-Day-beaches, from Utah-beach to Juno-beach - all nearby, no long travels necessary."
