"Normally the rooms are spotless, but this time unfortunately , more attention to detail needed with dusting, the picture frames and doors were covered in dust, and the stripey top cushions needed a good wash."

"As a family of two 6 year olds and small dogs, that are part of the family, we were made feel so welcome and could relax and really enjoy our stay. The food was wonderful and so was the service. The pool and area was beautiful but unfortunately we didn't have time to try it this time."

"The only little thing was that the shower/bath was only luke warm. If you have a child with a limited diet, I would make sure to bring own snacks, but saying that, the restaurant did their very best to accommodate this. I have absolutely nothing else to remark upon."

"The property was first class in every way - room is amazing, food exceptional and service hit exactly the right note. The owner does not speak English but with effort from both sides we communicated. You can also use a translator:-). We enjoyed our first visit very much!"

"The accommodation was very good beautifully furnished. The gardens were lovely and very well kept. A good size pool with ample sun beds surrounding the pool."

"The restaurant was lovely but the food too rich. If we had stayed longer than one night, it would be difficult to eat again. Breakfast was adequate but not extensive. Pool was very difficult to exit as it had no rail, so I was unable to use it."

"Lovely old establishment, set quietly in the middle of nowhere. Superb spacious room, with a bathroom AND a shower room, opening direct on to the courtyard. Good restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. Thoroughly enjoyable one-night stop which we would highly recommend."
