"The location was beautiful with a beautifully tended garden. Wonderful breakfast, delicious platters made to order with local produce from Normandy. The pool was lovely and perfect for a refreshing dip after a day's sightseeing. Hosts were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, without being obtrusive. We would definitely go back."

"It's just perfect. Amazing family suite with pretty interiors and comfortable beds - beautiful gardens, heated pool, delicious breakfast and wonderful hosts. Also a great selection of local beers, ciders & French wines and dinner platters available to order."

"Breakfast was simple and excellent. Served in a common area , where you met the other guests. Location is quiet and relaxing, handy for Bayeux, Caen and Juno beach. Great for a stopover if travelling by boat from Cherbourg."

"This is beautiful b&b, where the host gave us an extremely warm welcome despite our late check in time. As a result, we had a super relaxing and exciting start to our holiday in glorious and historically interesting surroundings. The pool was lovely, warm and perfectly clean. Beautiful to see all the swallows and swifts flying overhead as you swam in the lovely courtyard. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Our room was very comfortable, clean and stylish. Teas and organic, sustainable toiletries in the room just added to the overall atmosphere of a very good quality but beautifully relaxed and welcoming stay. Thank you!"

"Its location in a tiny and typical village far from the madding crowd makes for a very quiet stay, and it is but a few minutes drive to a restaurant (or an ATM, because the owner prefers cash). It is also possible to eat something on site, but the menu is limited. Breakfast is truly superb though. Very spacious, neat, cosy and tastefully decorated rooms, a large, tranquil - and equally tasteful - garden, an extremely enthusiastic host who talks at the rapid-fire speed we all know from the French movies, and his superbly lovely and friendly wife (who speaks at normal speed) will guarantee you’ll regret you did not book for a few days extra. Recommended +++!"

"Umm…. absolutely nothing. Although, now that I think about it: yes: the weather. But our host assured us he had nothing to do with all that drizzle. Even if he did, we’d forgive him, because all the rest was perfect."
