Very efficient and straightforward to get info we needed and get the information for getting into the property. Extremely good value for money. Thank you we will definitely stay again."
"We were not given the studio that we booked and there was no mention of this. I believe it was the same price but cannot find out. We did not complain as we were too tired and the property is not manned so not easy to deal with issues.Parking very difficult which is not the properties fault but better info needed as there was no way we could park where recommended even in low season on a Saturday night. We drove round for some time and then went a bit further out. 600m to property on cobbles so don't bring a bag you cannot carry. Also lots of stairs to accomodation.I recommend parking for free at Parking Seraucourt - the accommodation would do well to recommend this too.These things wouldn't stop me staying again, it was a very clean, new apartment and very easy check in."

"For me all was fine but to access the room (room number 3), there is a circular metallic stair to climb, so if you have some big cases to carry or if you have some difficulties to take stairs, it might be a bit tricky."

"Perfect location 5 mins walk from the cathesral and in the old part of town with many restaurants (we had a great meal in a Lebanese Restaurant). The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. There is no-one on site - we received a message a few days before our stay with access codes for front door and to a key safe for access to the room. The communication was always excellent. There is parking nearby but if you have a GB number plate the parking meters don't work (free from 1700 to 0900) so either plan you arrival time or find free parking which we did (Parking Anatole)"
