"The property was in an excellent location, right in the centre of Perigueux, just a minute or two to most bars and restaurants. Good price and would recommend. It was a great size, clean and comfortable. The property had everything necessary to make it the perfect place to use as a base to explore Perigueux and the surrounding area."
"The downstairs was quite airless but it was 36 degrees when we visited!!! The mattress on the two beds downstairs were a wee bit uncomfortable but easily remedied."

"The only negative was that we found it chilly in the evenings and taking a shower. It's early in the season and a very attractive stone house needs time to heat up. Host did provide additional blankets. Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend."

"Le rez de chaussée et tout le monde qui regarde à l'intérieur, les portes coulissantes, pas assez obturatrices, la clé qui est au niveau d'une entrée qui n'est pas celle de l'appartement mais de l'immeuble à côté, les bruits justement de ces voisins qui rentrent chez eux, via les murs légers à certains endroits, la propreté à certains endroits un peu juste."

"L'emplacement est au top, dans la vieille ville et cerise sur le gâteau vous passez la petite ruelle et vous vous retrouvez directement devant la mer. L'appartement est bien agencé, et le nécessaire est présent. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et nous a donné d'excellents conseils pour nos visites, merci à lui."
"This apartment has it all, high ceilings, separate bedroom, bathroom & kitchen. Large windows in lounge and bedroom provide an abundance of natural light and airflow. It is a newly renovated apartment, secure, private and quiet. Ample hanging space for clothing and luggage in the bedroom. Super comfortable bed with lights and electricity plugs on both sides of the bed. Kitchen is spacious with great cooking facilities. Loved the radio, fluffy towels and large couch. Our host, Virginie was fabulous and her English is perfect. We had two bikes and Virginie arrange secure storage. This apartment is located right in the main centre of Aix-les-Bains"
