"El llit es un sofà plegable però còmode. Nosaltres no el vam plegar en tota l’estada. Es poden tancar els porticons de fusta, però tot i així entra llum. Sería convenient posar cortina a la finestra que no en te."

"Design is cosy and updated, location is fantastic. Right in the center of everything. Bathroom was no is modern and clean. There's a kitchenette and it comes equipped with a microwave. . The unit is at the ground level, so super convenient. If you are a light sleeper and sleeps early, you may be affected by the sound of people chatting as the unit faces the main street. But for me it was bearable."

"Perfect location, very cute, cozy apartment and very very clean. The host was very nice, too, replying very fast to our messages. She even gave us the apartment earlier than the check in time."

"The only thing I could probably add as negative is that there wasn't a bed but a sofa-bed, which was slightly uncomfortable compared to a normal bed. In general, we had a great stay though."

"It's right next to a busy street and some popular restaurants, however, it's very quiet inside. It's also very close to Petite Venice. It's relatively spacious and the sofa bed is comfortable. There's an air-con, which is a bonus feature during the hot weather. We left our jackets behind in the closet, and the owner sent the jackets back to us by post. We were delighted by such kind gesture."

We really liked the apartment: in the very center, very clean, everything is equipped to the smallest detail and modern, very quiet at night with the windows closed, the air conditioning works well and is quiet. For a couple 60+ , on the ground floor , it is exceptionally suitable. thanks for all. Colmar's 3-day visit was beyond all expectations. We hope to return here again, see you soon."

"I spent 10 days in Le coin 45 and it was perfect! Directly in the heart of the historic center with lots of restaurants and shops directly in front of the appartment. Easy check-in and friendly and reliable communication with the host! It is a nice small appartment and was very modern and clean. Everything as seen on the pictures and as described. I would definitely stay there again."

"The location was fantastic, it was very clean and had a small kitchenette with all the needed appliances. AC as well! 10 min walk from the train station. Even though we were on the 1st floor right outside a restaurant, the windows are tight and there is no sound or disturbance."

"I felt like the floors could have been washed and not just vacuumed. Would have been nice to have another bed sheet, but I'm sure that if we were to ask, we could have gotten it."

"Beautiful and cozy apartment. There was everything that you might need. The location is great, Although there are restaurants on the street it wasn't noisy. The restaurant across the front door was amazing and very tasty."
