"De vele voorzieningen. De tuin met zwembad. De benedenverdieping met gezellige en comfortabele zetels. Grote slaapkamer was erg mooi ingericht."

"De indeling boven kan misschien wel beter. Je moet door de badkamer om naar de slaapkamers te gaan. De douche en het toilet kunnen wel worden afgesloten."

"Price excellent. Location good. 45min walk or 8 mins taxi to town centre. Recent paint and flooring so it seems. Comms from owner good. Close to a tabac bar. Close to supermarket and petrol station. Close to public transport. In the accommodation was all expected utilities. Great for motorbikes - sheltered parking and just about out of view at night"

"La maison est en tout point conforme à la description, propre, bien équipée, avec une literie confortable, et située idéalement dans un secteur trés calme (malgré la présence d'un coq très enthousiaste dans le voisinage). La vieille ville et une série de plages sont accessibles en 10 à 15 mn à pied d'un pas tranquille de part et d'autre. Nous avons juste pris la voiture pour quelques courses (supermarché à 3mn) et pour aller voir d'autres villes (quoi que le bus 9 pour Saint-Malo passe tout près). La communication via Booking a été excellente avec le propriétaire, et l'accueil sympathique par Mireille."

"Good starting point for hiking in the French Alps in the region of Briancon Small, but nice and well-equipped apartment. Comfortable for 3-4 persons. Free parking place was available not too far from the building. Good value for money!"

Its proximity to the train station meant I practically rolled off the train and into my comfy, budget-friendly bed – no confusing detours or taxi negotiations needed! Arriving to a delightful bottle of courtesy champagne certainly didn't hurt either; talk about punching above your weight class! While it won't have you stumbling directly into the Old Town's ancient charm, it’s perfectly placed for launching day trips to all corners of the Riviera. And the air conditioning? It wasn't just working; it was performing a symphonic masterpiece of coolness, turning my room into a blissful escape from the Mediterranean sun. Five stars for prime transport links, not melting, feeling like royalty without the royal budget!"
