"L', apartament és molt tranquil, molt ampli i molt lluminós. Tot està molt net. Està molt ben situat. La propietària és molt amable. Totalment recomanable."

"Apartament molt cèntric, gran, net, confortable, tranquil i amb un tracte excel·lent per part de la propietària que és molt agradable i que ens va deixar marxar molt més tard el dia de la sortida ja que no tenia el tenia reservat el dia de la sortida. Té 2 ascensors i un supermercat Spar amb un horari ampli sota l'apartament. El Castellet queda a 12 minuts a peu i hi ha parking gratuït a 10 minuts caminant al costat del Carrefour express. El pis no es fred sense calefacció i té 2 aires fred/calent, un a una habitació amb 2 llits de 90 cm i l'altre al menjador. És un d'aquells apartaments que costa molt de trobar i mira que jo he tingut la sort de viatjar molt. 100% recomanable."

"It was a welcome surprise. Great location Carrefour at your doorstep, bus as well. Centrally located. Street parking not an issue as well car parking within walking distance. Hosts were their to receive us and were very welcoming especially Cecile. She was helpful with a range of questions. We stayed 12 days and loved the experience in Perpignan."

"Not much except as it was winter and it was cold we stayed in at night mostly the TV is rather small. But that might not be important for most holiday makers."

"Traditional flat with 3 balconies in a great position to access transport links and the city centre with everything you’d need for a short stay. The shutters on the windows kept out the heat and noise, in addition to very effective air-conditioning units in the lounge and one of the bedrooms in case the heat got in. Secure – keypads, keyfobs, keys and a good lift to make the 3 floors easy at the end of a long day sightseeing. And - a real bonus – there’s a supermarket literally at the door!"
