"Appartement met lekker veel ruimte. Sfeervol ingericht. Schoon. Handig inchecken via sleutel box. Snelle reactie van eigenaar als je vragen hebt. Je hoort de doorgaande weg wel maar het is niet storend."

"Pas grand chose a faire aux environs et malheureusement propriétaire pas très compréhensif .nous avons cassé une table de salon . évidemment nous voulions la remplacer mais le propriétaire exigez qu on l achete à un endroit précis alors que rien ne prouvait qu elle n était pas défaillante avant.les accidents ça arrive .bien sûr nous avons laissé un chèque de 100 euros mais pas assez pour eux alors que je tiens a préciser que nous en avions vu (les mêmes) a 60 euros.je ne trouve pas cela très compréhensif lorsque que l on loue il peut avoir des incidents.et attentions bcp de chose qui ne sont pas montés correctement disons tape a l oeil!"

"Très joli appartement refait à neuf, très propre et bien équipé. Assez spacieux pour une famille avec 4 enfants. On a été super bien accueilli et tout était fait pour nous faire passer un bon séjour. (Guide des lieux à visiter, des plages, restaurants...). Propriétaire très à l'écoute et réactif en cas de soucis 😊"

"The apartment is very close to Juan-les-Pins train station (maybe six...seven minute walk). A Carrefour two blocks down. A nice burger place (Burger Queen) on a five minute walk uphill. It is a simple, but very effective apartment, with a balcony with sofas, washing machine, stove, fridge, microwave and including two big mounted-on-the-wall tvs, whuch even had Netdlix and Prime videos on! I was surprised by the sofa bed - as I thought it could not be as good -, but it was perfect. As it was the aircon system. Definitely would come back to in future..."
