"Très bel appartement idéalement situé ! 5 min à pied du centre où vous trouverez toutes les commodités et quelques minutes supplementaires pour tous les loisirs : Piscine l'été, mini golf et rivière, remontées mécaniques... Le balcon de l'appartement offre une superbe vue sur la montagne et le Grand Bornand. Il ne manquait rien et merci à Éric pour sa disponibilité aux besoins et sa gentillesse. Il a rénové son appartement qu'il habite avec goût ! C'est très chaleureux ! Il y a une belle âme dans ce logement. Très fonctionnel d'autant plus ! Et très propre ! Nous recommandons à 100%"

"За нас беше съвършеното място за почивка и творческа работа - и като обстановка, и като местоположение. В апартамента имаше абсолютно всичко необходимо, за да се чувстваш като у дома. Домакинята беше извънредно грижовна, ключа ни се връчи лично. Спалнята, холът, банята и тоалетната са разположени така, че никой на никого да не пречи. Терасата е прекрасна и добре обзаведена. Гледката е към маслинов хълм. Мястото е с много добър транспорт и лесен достъп до забележителностите на Ница, на 15 минути пеша от плаж."

"Very good location, near tram, bus and metro, 10 minutes walking to the city center/Vieux port. Very good communication with the host. We've been proposed to upgrade at the same price and we had a very nice terrace. Very well equipped with everything you need: large fridge + freezer, electric oven + hob, coffee maker, tv set, very good internet connection"

"Emplacement super, tranquille, voisinage sympa. Pas très loin des circuits de randonnées. J'ai adoré Lizio et son Poète Ferrailleur ainsi que le petit resto Bio/Végétarien tout prêt. Très bonne connexion WIFI. La literie est très bien. Belle terrasse et jardinet sympa. Logement très lumineux. Très bon accueil de Lionel."
