"Vam llogar els dos apartaments per a dues famílies. La rebuda per part de l'amfitrió va ser excepcional, molt atent i amable en tot moment. Cal destacar que els apartaments es troben molt ben cuidats, nets i decorats amb molt de gust. A banda, estaven molt ben equipats, amb estris de cuina i detalls com cafés, infusions, cereals, aigua, etc. S'hi troben en una zona residencial molt tranquil·la, a només uns 10 minuts caminant del centre històric. S'hi pot aparcar generalment al mateix carrer."

"Va ser una llàstima no poder aprofitar el pati interior a causa dels mosquits. Igualment, en dies de molta calor l'aparell d'aire condicionat del saló no arriba a refrescar les habitacions de l'apartament superior."

"It was a beautiful first floor high ceilings apartment. Lots of natural light. Tiles and parquet floors and the air con in August was much appreciated. 2 showers meant no arguments in the family about that. Moise the host was very helpful and friendly. The location is right by a large green space and only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. We logged into Netflix for kids entertainment."

"One of the showers was not draining properly. Front door needed locking from the inside which felt unsafe in case of an emergency. These are minor gripes."

"Great location, easy walking distance to the old town, close to a bus stop to get other places, and really close to a great park for children. Had everything we needed, decorated beautifully - loved the tiles. Friendly owners. Great place to stay!"

"Very clean, unique experience in a less touristy side of the city - but also in easy walking distance of city sights. Very helpful and understanding hosts. Whether for business (it is an easy walk to the Congress and Exhibition Palace) or pleasure, it's a good alternative to being stuck in a hotel room if you are in Perpignan for a few days or more. It has all amenities you'd expect from a good hotel: aircon, hairdryer, coffee options etc."

"Remember to bring your own toiletries (normal scenario for this kind of property in France) - but even if you forget, there are supermarkets within easy enough walking distance - and those have absolutely everything you could need."
