"What a wonderful base to discover the Marais Poitevin. The apartment was clean and cosy, the restaurant was excellent and the location, with some lovely walks on its doorstep, fabulous. The animals, rabbits, cats, dogs, geese, ducks, a real bonus - we only left today and my daughter is asking when we can go back."

"This is everything you hope for in a French auberge. Accommodation, dinner and breakfast were all excellent. The owners obviously have put heartl and soul into this lovely old building. We spent just a few days in Giverny, which of course is very crowded during the day but remarkably quiet and breathtakingly beautiful in the morning and at night, but wished we would have planned a few days extra.
