La Tuilerie

"As Tina Turner says; La Tuilerie is "Simply the best!" Cor and Mylene are a wonderful couple and fantastic hosts. Every wish catered for. Breakfast is second to none, conversation enlightened. Humour wonderful."

"That we were only passing through."

"Beautiful property in a lovely village of western / central France"

"Nothing to my knowledge"

"Welcoming, friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast, beautiful decor. Quiet & beautiful countryside location."

"A minor point- Bathroom door to the en-suite could be improved to allow for more privacy."

"What a find! Just on the outskirts of Verteuil-sur-Charente and within walking distance of this beautiful village is this amazing Chambres d’Hote. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of wine by our fabulous hosts - Cor and Mylène. They were incredibly helpful, providing lots of information about the local area including the best restaurants and places of interest. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was well presented and delicious with fresh bread and croissants from the local boulangerie/patisserie. All in all the perfect start to our vacation."

"Nothing!"

"A beautiful house in a beautiful setting with the most wonderful 'hosts with the absolute most', Cor & Mylène. The town of Verteuil is so quaint & pretty too. The property is a 3/4 minute drive from the bars & restaurants. The room is spacious & the Brocante they also run on site spills over into the bedroom, with stunning little pieces of furniture & detail. They have thought of everything to make their guests feel comfortable & they go above & beyond, with drinks & a fabulous breakfast. We took our small dog, who was welcomed everywhere. The most attentive hosts we've come across. Thank you so much, both of you."

"The quiet location was perfect for our needs - a nearby wedding. The room (blue) we stayed in was very large, beautifully and tastefully decorated with a stunning views out of a large window over the countryside. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom also very well equipped. The hosts were delightful and very friendly and welcoming. The parking is very secure. We have thoroughly enjoyed our night here and look forwards to going down for breakfast now.."

"Nothing to not like"

"Beautiful property in a fabulous location. The hosts are amazing; so welcoming and also interesting with insight into how they have established their business."

"Nothing, it’s lovely."

"This place is faultless. From the moment I arrived I knew I would love it. Cor and Mylene are fantastic people - I could spend hours just talking to Cor. Their hospitality was second to none. My room was beautiful, Mylene’s bacon and eggs were fantastic and I was really made to feel at home. A place I’ll definitely return to."

"Having to leave."
