"Wat een locatie! Het gebouw staat op een afgesloten domein, en heeft een tuin waar ik als stadsbewoner jaloers op ben. We zochten een eenvoudige slaapplaats om de reis vanuit Italië te onderbreken, maar we zijn op een (zeer betaalbaar) pareltje gestoten, in de prachtige Elzas."
