"Vanuit het station loop je zo naar het sfeervolle oude pand in een stille, veilige buurt. Je loopt een trap op en komt in een ruime woonkamer met lekkere bank en goed keukenblok. De wc is in een gangetje apart van de badkamer, alles schoon. Twee vrij ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden. Je loopt vanuit het pand zo naar het gezellige centrum van Dijon."
