La petite maison

"Pleasant space for a short stay with older kids Comfy beds including the sofa bed Kitchen is small but had everything we needed Béatrice checked that everything was ok with the house and if we needed anything else"

"An oven would have been great but as the kitchen is very compact it's understandable it didn't fit in."

"Our host sent very clear instructions in advance, then met us when we arrived, giving us a tour. She was incredibly friendly! The place itself felt very homely, and the kitchen was well-equipped for dinner for two. The bed was comfy, and the property was incredibly sound-proof - we were there for a public holiday, and there was a party next door, but the moment we closed the door, the outside world disappeared and we couldn't hear anything."

"No negatives... Could have done with scissors in the kitchen?"

"This little house has two levels. Downstairs is quite spacious and we liked the very well-equipped kitchenette, a little table with dining chairs and a comfortable sofa. Upstairs, the mattress on the bed was firm and comfortable. Parking is just outside. The location is quiet and Neuville-aux-Bois is a small town quite remote from major roads. Beatrice is a friendly and helpful host."

"The bedroom seems to have been created from the roof space so the ceiling slopes quite steeply from one side to the other, so even a short person can’t stand upright on one side of the bed. So you have to remember to stoop, otherwise you risk banging your head! I don’t think there’s really anything that can be done about it, as it’s integral to the conversion, and it didn’t detract much from our enjoyment of the gite."

"Lovely little house. Beatrice the owner was friendly and smiley. Also booked restaurant on my behalf"

"The hosts are great and speak very good english. They have the most friendly 2 labradors that you can play with if you so desire. Adorable!! One of them is named Lego! They have a huge yard and you can safely park your car. The apartment is very cute, bright and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped."

"I miss the dogs"

"beautiful interior, the owners think about meeting the needs of the guests"

"Le matelas est très confortable et le logement très bien équipé. Notre hôte était très accueillante et elle a eu la gentillesse de nous prévenir que le logement serait disponible quelques heures plus tôt que l'horaire habituel. Nous avons apprécié le joli bouquet de fleurs en décoration."
