"Great location in a quiet village in the wine region. Valérie the owner was delightful. Fun and colourful decor. Very comfortable bed. Very tasty breakfast with home made jams and local honey."

"The place has been decorated in a modern but rustic style. The breakfast was an excellent continental style with crepes, fresh loaves of different bread, cheese, honey, or scrambled eggs, tea, or fresh juices. The bed was very comfortable. Valerie was the perfect hostess. On Friday night, we opted for an evening meal that was superb, all freshly cooked, and plenty of local wine. The WiFi was particularly good, and there is a parking area outside."

"It was light and airy with plenty of space, storage and good facilities. The beds were comfortable and there were shutters and air con that worked well. Alice was helpful and friendly. The property was 10 minutes from Saint Florent and very close to numerous wine makers which you could visit for tastings. It was a convenient location."

"It almost seemed to be too good to be true - but yes, we indeed had 2,600 square feet of space (6 bedrooms) for 3 people. Way more than we needed but we welcomed it after being crammed in hotel rooms for the beginning of our European trip. Guests essentially have an entire THIRD of the chateau/castle. The owners live in the larger half of the castle while guests stay in the 6-bed wing. The grounds are so lush with greenery and the owner encourages you to explore the property. It's quiet and such a nice retreat from a busy schedule we had touring busy suburban cities. We plan on coming back with our friends later this year and hoping to fill ALL those other rooms. You can comfortably sleep 8-10 people in the 6-bedroom section by itself."
