"Our hosts were very welcoming and treated us in a friendly way. The house is very tastefully furnished and decorated. A very good breakfast in the garden, with home-cooked croissants, homemade jams (even ortange marmalade), etc., was a bonus. Our room was air-conditioned."
"Exceptionally, we were in Mont-de-Marsan for the annual fetes (around 21 July), when accommodation is in very short supply. We were within 100 metres or less of a fairground where the rides kept going uintil 2 or 3 am. Even with the shutters closed and the modern noiseproof window fully closed as well, earplugs were essential. I would not hesitate to recommend this property during the other 51 weeks of the year."

"The apartment is very nice and quiet. From the balcony you can enjoy the view on mountains and marine. A very nice and green territory of the complex with a huge swimming pool and places for yoga. Private parking space inside is very good for car travelers. I didn’t hear the neighbours and it was very nice to sleep as the bed is very comfortable and big. It has everything for living, cooking, cleaning, ironing, laundry and lot of space for keeping clothes. The host provides all necessary things like shower gels, shampoos, dishwashing liquids and cleaning detergents. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed the comfort of the apartment. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and lots of stuff for cooking. I will definitely stay here once again as soon as I am in Mandelieu-la-Napoule. Thanks for your kindness and immediate support in all my questions ❤️"
