"Fantastic homestay in an Art Nouveau house in Angers. The owner, Madame Florence, is very friendly and incredibly helpful with each and any question you might have. Room was big and comfortable - with a balcony and a very well-stocked separate bathroom. Huge and tasty french breakfast. Very quiet area. Highly recommend."

"The welcome was amazing, house is a real step back to the 1930s with so many original features. Our room was large and bed very comfortable. Separate bathroom was not a problem as dressing gowns and slippers supplied. Tea and coffee available in a downstairs room. Lovely sitting out on the balcony in the evening overlooking the garden and views down to the church. The host Madame Florence is an exceptional hostess. Brought us tea and coffee to our room on our arrival.She kindly froze our freezer blocks for our cool bag. There were lots of tourist brochures available in the hallway."

"Nothing the accomodation could influence, the road to the accomodation was closed due to major roadworks. However there was lots of free parking around the church only a short walk from the accomodation."

"The bedroom was large and airy, the bed comfortable and the bed linen tops. We had a delicious choice of breads, pastries and tarts. The lemon curd and orange cake made by Florence was outstanding. Thanks Florence for the friendly welcome and the restaurant advice. We look forward to staying with you on our next visit to Angers."

"The building is beautiful and the interior decor exceptional. It is very conveniently located just a short 15min walk from the town and eateries. Breakfast was delicious with lovely local produce. There were nice little touches like newspapers at breakfast, maps in the room and comfortable chairs on the balcony. But the best thing about this wonderful place was the hostess who makes it very special."

"The house was charming and elegant as was the host. Breakfast was an amazing mix of homemade cakes, locally sourced produce and the best croissants we had all holiday. Location was 15-20 mins from the old town so very accessible for bars, restaurants and historic sites."

"Wonderful stay in an artistically put together home. Hostess was delightful- engaging and friendly. Lovely toiletries- nice touch. Breakfast table was absolutely beautiful when we came down in the morning. Breakfast itself was a yummy continental fare. Pity we were only there for one night. Highly recommended!"
