"The hosts were delightful - nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome. Our suite was very well appointed and luxurious. Great care had been taken with design and decoration, fabulous attention to detail and every possible comfort was provided. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Great location right in the heart of Riberac while still being peaceful and quiet. Onsite parking a real bonus. Cannot recommend enough!"

"Great property in a central location in a very authentic rural French town. The apartment we were in was brand new and in prime condition. The pool area is just perfect and the pool itself is maintained meticulously by the hosts. We were self catering and the kitchen facilities were as good as at home. The hosts were around every morning and evening to make sure all was ok and they were super-helpful in every aspect --local info, booking restaurants etc. They are also great fun. Riberac is a good base to visit several great sites in this part of France and the adjoining village of Aubeterre is 10 minutes away --on the river with a great beach and a most interesting villlage. We were a family of 6 adults and we had a blast here."

"We got on great with the hosts who live on the premises - so it wasn't a bother for us at all --in fact it was great fun - but the hosts being on site may not suit everyone. There is no Air Conditioning but with the pool and the shutters closed we managed fine even at 40 degrees."

"Gorgeous property with a lovely outside area to relax around and take a dip. The pastoral suite was fully kitted out and the owners left us with baguette, butter, eggs and wine! Annie and Danny were wonderful hosts - kind, friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived."

"Ann and Danny were genuinely the most friendly and welcoming hosts that I have ever come across. Without being 'over-attentive' they made sure that we had everything we needed and they helped us out with all bookings which made everything super easy. We had the top floor apartment so nice. It was clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything you needed to feel like you were at home. The cleanliness and condition of everything inside and out was well above expectations, they've clearly put a lot of effort into making sure that it looks wonderful and stays like it! Riberac is a great little town with plenty of places to eat/drink at and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. The welcome guide that Anne and Danny send you over email or WhatsApp is great, tells you everything you need to know about the area, including what to do and when to do it! Would recommend to anyone and would love to go back!"

"Superb hosts who worked hard to make the week special for us. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and very well appointed. The pool at the end of a hot day and a long walk was very welcome too. Good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Fab towns within driving distance too."

"Wow wow WOW!! Just incredible. Our stay was immaculate, and the maison is even better in person. Annie & Danny are the loveliest hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!! The well stocked fridge was a fabulous special touch. They even delivered us ice creams to our sunbeds!! 😎😂 A real luxurious stay and we will absolutely be back!! "Ann and Danny were the most amazing hosts. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Our apartment was beautifully furnished and everything had been carefully thought out. A very nice touch was a complimentary food hamper on our arrival, including wine! The pool and surrounding lounging area was so pretty. We seriously couldn’t fault a thing and will definitely be returning. La Maison Chaleureuse was an incredible find. Thank you both so much 😘"

"Central position in Riberac, 5 minutes walk into town, short drive to beautiful villages/towns. Lovely spacious accommodation, great garden and pool. Our hosts were so welcoming and couldn't do more to make our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend!"
