"C’est parfait ! Stéphanie a eu la gentillesse de rallonger mon séjour de 2 h pour me reposer un peu plus suite à un ennui de santé. C’est un endroit très calme et reposant. Très bien équipé."
"Cozy clean flat with everything you need to spend a few days in Nice. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Little terrace where you can take breakfast or coffee. Exactly like the pictures. Calm at night so good rest is guaranteed. Reliable wifi. Close to Nice's main train station and tram stop Alsace-Lorraine. Olivia, the host, is kind and very responsive. Important to note that a security deposit of EUR 450 must be made before your stay - while clearly indicated on Booking under "House rules", I failed to see it myself when making the booking.
